By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service

PAYMENT PROCESS

  • For non-Vietnamese: I only receive via Paypal/Wise/Transferwise and in USD. Please also pay the PayPal 5% transaction fee, thank you.

  • Do not send any payment until we have confirmed I can accept your commission.

  • I will only start to sketch after you send 50% of the payment.

  • Full payment after I send you the colored sketch or you can send me full payment at the first sketch stage, it's all up to you. You can cancel the commission at this stage if you want to, but please note that I will only refund 50% of your payment.

  • You can cancel the commission at any time for any reason. And I have the right to cancel it too. You still receive the high-quality JPEG. The refund will be discussed based on how much percent of the commission is done.

OTHERS

  • For commercial use, the price will be x4.

  • Revision max 3x. After 3 times of changes, it'll take 5$ for every change you made.

  • You can track the process and give feedback, point out what I drew wrong and correct it, I'll fix it and reply as soon as I can.

  • Deadline: 3 weeks to 2 months up to the complexity (I can finish a bit sooner, it's up to my schedule).

  • I have the right to refuse to take any commission that makes me feel uncomfortable or contains offensive materials.

  • Please DO NOT RE-DISTRIBUTE, or RESELL it. You can use it for commercial use, but please tell me first, then we can discuss about the price.

  • I have the right to upload my artwork to my portfolio but don't worry, I'll post it with a watermark, so no one can have a high-quality and clear image but you.

  • If I already sent you the sketch but after 2 weeks you don't send the payment, I have the right to cancel it without a refund.

  • I'll DM you to announce your slot, if you delay sending the brief in 1 month, I have the right to cancel your slot.

  • You can dm me to keep your slot but I can only keep it for 1 year or until the next time I open commission again. You can dm me to keep another one next time.

  • You get the full digital picture in 350dpi (2000px to 3000px and up - .PNG/JPEG, unless you request other format).

  • If you want a bigger size, tell me for more detail.
